Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tag(s) attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@royceessentials.com with your order number and issue. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
If you are requesting an exchange, your new good(s) will be processed for shipment once the returned items are received and inspected.
Returns will be subject to a $7 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return. Exchanges are not subject to a $7 return shipping fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 30 days of reception, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some of our items, such as select sale items, are sold as final sale. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Refund Policy for Orders Returned, Marked as "Undeliverable"
All returns received are immediately processed and refunded accordingly for the item received minus shipping costs. If our courier returns an order that is determined “undeliverable" due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address being supplied at the time the order is placed, the customer will need to contact customer service for a resolution.
* For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.
